這個「公共小便斗」位在輕軌電車軌道旁邊，只有用一些植物和布幕遮住。園區目前共有27間廁所，舊金山公園遊憩管理部門表示，會新增這個公共便斗是因為，亂尿尿的人實在是太多了，不如蓋設一個簡單的便斗讓大家可以就此解決。 舊金山居民卡特勒（Aaron Cutler）說：「說實話，我們在哪裡都可以尿，不過有小便斗總比沒有好」。
